Fiveways is a specialist AI consultancy. We help leadership teams work out where AI will make a real difference, put it in place safely, and keep it working as the technology and the business change.
Common concerns
“My people are already using AI, but I do not really know what, or how.”
“I can see there is an opportunity, but not where to begin.”
“Every supplier is now selling me an AI product. Who do I believe?”
“I worry about our data, and about getting it wrong in front of customers.”
If your people are using AI without clear rules, your company's information may already be going into tools nobody has checked. That is a board-level risk.
It is also fixable, and you are not behind. The organisations that get ahead are not the biggest spenders: they make a few clear decisions, pick the uses worth doing and do them properly.

The challenge
Company and customer data goes into tools no one has checked, and can leave your control for good.
Licences, usage and duplicate tools add up, with no one accountable and no view of what pays back.
Breaches of UK GDPR or customer contracts bring fines, claims and lost trust.
Unchecked output flows into decisions and customer messages, with no record of who did what.
leaders say their organisation has a mature governance model for AI agents.

The answer
None of it happens by accident. It takes a clear strategy and the governance to back it.
01
Routine work done in less time, so people focus on judgement and customers.
02
Better products, service and marketing, built around the customer.
03
Lower cost to serve and to build, with fewer overlapping licences.
04
Staff, customers and regulators can see AI is used safely.
Where the effort goes
That is how the leaders do it. Most organisations start with the tools and the pilots, then wonder why value does not follow. Turn it round: invest in people and process first, and the technology pays back.

What we do
The technology is the easy part to buy. What decides whether AI pays off is how people work, which processes change and who is accountable. We work alongside your IT team, who keep ownership of your systems.
Kept safe and under control throughout.
The starting point. Someone in charge, safe approved tools, and data you can trust. Everything else rests on it, so it comes first.
People using AI effectively in their own work and collaborating together more efficiently.
Routine, repetitive work taken on by AI, with people checking what matters.
Building your own systems with AI, shaped to your specific needs, instead of off-the-shelf software with expensive licences.
Better products, marketing and customer engagement, so customers notice the difference.

Working with us
A working session with your leadership team on where AI stands and where it could help.
Four weeks: AI in use, ranked use cases, governance rules and a roadmap.
We build the roadmap priorities with your team, each one signed off before work starts and measured once it is live. Then we support what is running and steer what comes next, on a monthly retainer.
Two ways we support your delivery

02
Or combine them: we support your team through the build, then stay on to help you run and steer what comes next.
Questions
With a discovery workshop: a working session with your leadership team on where AI stands and where it could help. Each step stands on its own, so you can stop after any of them.
Price is discussed with you and depends on scope. Once we have agreed what you need, you get a fixed price for the discovery and for each workflow, agent or app we build. Running and steering the programme is a monthly retainer, scaled to what you need. You always see the price before any work starts.
They can, and many already do. The value is in choosing which uses are worth it, connecting them safely to your data and making sure the gains add up across the business.
Closely. Your IT team keeps ownership of your systems and signs off every design. We bring the business case, the change and the controls, and build alongside them, so they can own and extend what we build.
You pay for the advice and for what we build together, nothing else. No vendor pays us commission. The roadmap from discovery is yours, so you are free to use anyone for the build, and every business case includes the option of buying off the shelf.
Independent judgement, built alongside your team.
